An Awesome Booth Buddy

As mentioned in the previous post, Lucky Zelda participated in the Claremont Village Venture. This was Lucky Zelda's 3rd year at this event & this was the best year yet!

One of the great things that made this year great was meeting a new booth buddy: Carly of Lovely & Amazing. Carly answered an online thread I posted looking for someone to share a booth with at the Village Venture. Looking at her great products in her Etsy shop, I felt they would blend nicely with Lucky Zelda.

Carly & I didn't meet until the morning of the event but the whole day went great! We both did well at the show & her items are even sweeter in person than online. Beautifully hand made with care & creativity, many of her items would make wonderfull gifts for this gift giving season. Please check out her shop & buy handmade!

Lucky Zelda has gone retail. South Coast Repertory, a regional theatre in Costa Mesa, California now offers several Lucky Zelda purses in their gift shop. As I work as South Coast Repertory's costume cutter/draper, Lucky Zelda occasioanlly uses scrap fabrics from productions to create purses. Audience members & customers alike can now take a piece of a favorite production with them.
