Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

I have been a recycler for decades now. I'm not sure if it stems from being "thrifty" even as a young child or that I loved the idea of turning "trash" in to actual money to pay for horseback riding lessons. Either way it's a habit that I've had long before it was trendy. As I've grown, my zeal for reusing & recycling has matured into a way for me to be a good steward of the environment I am surrounded by and therefore worship the Creator rather than the creation.

Many Lucky Zelda products are made using repurposed, or upcycled materials. Just because that scrap of fabric isn't enough for an entire garment doesn't mean it won't make a great purse! That's why I was thrilled when Chocolate Dog Studio informed me of a treasury she curated and was kind enough to include me. Entitled, "Upcycle, recycle, reuse, repurpose" this treasury is filled with great items that are just that. Because so many different materials can be repurposed, this treasury has a wonderful variety. Please check out this treasury & all of the featured shops. There's alot of talent represented that you could support by buying handmade & environmentally conscious.

Thanks again to Chocolate Dog Studio for this great treasury & for including Lucky Zelda. Check out this listing from her shop. It's my fave!
